Had a pretty happy moment during tonight’s visit to Starbucks – I didn’t have to make a decision. I usually end up getting something different each time that I’m in there – which drives the Baristas nuts because I don’t have a “regular” drink like most regulars do – and that usually involves a bit of thought. Tonight, however, I was introduced to something new and entirely custom: an Almond White Mocha.

This particular concoction is the favorite of one of the Barista’s there actually, but that’s not how I ended up with it. The Little Evil Barista made one for me, as a surprise. The exact comment that I flung at her, after a complimentary “bite me” was “surprise me with something venti” so she did. The point is that this will be a good drink to stick with for a while, I think. Was nice, the white chocolate and the almond together – while a lot of the syrups at Starbucks are ass, the almond is pretty subtle and smooth.

On a completely unrelated note, my father just IM’d me – I love seeing new people discover technology on their own!
